Rich Henry from Get Frank provided tangible insights to engaging consumers in a digital environment & achieving the best response. Through previous campaign learnings, Rich has built up a solid understanding of the Get Frank database, key drivers and various Get Frank touchpoints which deliver results. This was evident not only in the planning and execution of our recent Beck's campaign, but also in it's performance. The solus email offer to 16,000 subscribers delivered a response rate which doubled that achieved through similar database marketing initiatives. Get Frank is well aligned with the Beck's target consumer and I will look to include Get Frank as a key digital channel in future campaign planning
